Any leakage is a loss of energy, diminishing the benefits of back-pressure. To ensure this, lips are tightly pursed around the tube, but this can sometimes lead to tension in the tongue, jaw, and upper laryngeal muscles.
Enter the mouthpiece, ingeniously designed to keep your lips relaxed and prevent unnecessary contractions of the tongue, jaw, and larynx. Fill the BottleVox to the top water level of 8.
Screw the top piece into the bottle.
Place your lips on the longer tube and sustain a pitch. Notice where you feel vibration in your throat.
Pour enough water out of the short tube to lower the water level to 4.5 and repeat step 2. Then repeat for water levels 4-1.At which water level did you feel the best vibration? This is your optimal water level. Continue using this level.
To massage the vocal cords, place your lips on the tip of the longer tube and sustain an "ah". Next, slide up and down through your vocal range. These two basic exercises are enough to strengthen and massage your voice. But you can use the All-In-One Vox with any vocal exercise.
To change the amount of back pressure (for a vocal workout instead of warmup), adjust the valve on the side tube between open and closed to change the amount of resistance. This is also great for breathing exercises (inhalation or exhalation).
To hydrate your vocal cords, place your lips on the tip of the shorter tube and inhale to pull moisture from the All-In-One Vox down your trachea onto the vocal cords.
To use the MaskVox for singing/articulation, push the tip of the long tube into the outer hole of the MaskVox until the tube is flush inside the MaskVox.
Place the MaskVox over your mouth and sing/sustain notes. You can flip the mask 180 degrees to fit the shape of your face. Make sure not to cover your nose with the mask. There is a strap you may wrap around your head in order to not hold the mask during usage.The MaskVox is perfect for practicing songs, smoothing out vocal breaks, and lowering your sound level.

Sustain a pitch through the mouthpiece just as you would without it. The purpose of the mouthpiece is to prevent air leakage and provide you with the most relaxing AIOVox experience.
Clean your AIOVox every day before usage. DO NOT put it in a dishwasher or else it may melt. It's recommended that you use a straw cleaner for the inhalation and exhalation tubes.
